Answer: Yes, golf is open to the public. There are social memberships & golf memberships.
Question 3: What activities are available at the resort?
Answer: There is a men's & women's golf league, banco, eucher, yoga, seasonal entertainment on the weekends, sailboat club, fishing competitions and a golf range. We are minutes from the largest lake in Indiana and there are many eagles nesting along the edge of the resort.
Question 4: What is an HOA due?
Answer: An HOA due is a master insurance policy, lawncare, exterior maintenance, trash removal, village roads and pool/tennis if applicable.
Extra information: The only gated community nestled around Lake Monroe that consists of nearly a thousand homes and condos.
