We had the EP Realty Maintenance group in to shiplap our condo ceiling which was a large vaulted area. They did a great job and top quality workmanship. Susan kept us updated on the progress of work regularly with pictures as we are not full-time residents. In addition, Susan brought other suggestions to us to enhance the condo while the maintenance crew was on-site that included electrical and plumbing work all of which was done with the same great quality workmanship by her team. Finally, they thoroughly cleaned and put everything back in place when finished! - John M.
